Each quote has a version number and a validity date. Only the latest valid version can be accepted. Any material change to scope, amount, taxes or travel charges requires a new version and your renewed acceptance.

Visits

A preferred date is a request, not a reservation. Your visit is confirmed only when our team contacts you and records the agreed time.

Cancellation and refunds
